The Cambridge University German Society requests the pleasure of your company at their Rheingau
wine seminar, followed by a reception and dinner, on Saturday, 8th July 2023 from 2.30PM.
World-renowned wine producer Robert Weil will host us for a tour through their estate, vineyard, and
cellars. The tour will be followed by a wine seminar and tasting – some delicacies included. An expert
sommelier will share their expertise of creating high-end wines, from the composition of taste nuances
to the actual applied processes on the vineyard and in the cellars. Not only will the tasting feature
gourmet-level wines, the sommelier will also teach how to systematically develop taste sensitivity for
wines and how to sophisticatedly pair them with other tastes.
